Pentagon Library E-Readers Guide

Pentagon Library cardholders can check out pre-uploaded Nooks and Kindles from the circulation desk.  These e-readers primarily contain professional reading list titles, though other popular custom content uploads are available upon request.  The e-readers circulate for two weeks and are not renewable online.

In this guide (last updated September 2014), you will find information on searching for Pentagon Library e-readers.

All Nook and Kindle titles are found in the Pentagon Library online catalog and can be found by a title and/or author search.  For locating reading list titles, please see the box below.

Content available on Pentagon Library Kindles and Nooks

Professional Reading List content is pre-loaded on the Pentagon Library Kindles and Nooks.

Here's the cheat sheet to "What Titles are on the Pentagon Library Kindles and Nooks".

    1. Find your Reading List on the spreadsheet.
    2. Find the title you want.
    3. Look at the tab you are on and that is the location of your material (i.e. Kindle Set A or Nook Set C).

If you want custom content for official purposes, request it via Ask A Librarian.
